On a stormy May 23rd, while I was staying down in Blue Earth, a storm hit Plymouth with 90 mpg winds causing much damage in the area. Lots of trees in the area were blown over as well as lots of fence panels. Fortunately, I had no damage. Below are several pictures taken by Kathy when she came over to check on dad's home.

On a beautiful, sunny, warm, Spring afternoon in late April, Dan & Dawn, Dave, Garth & Hannah, and I traveled to western Wisconsin to visit the St. Croix Railroad. The railroad is about 25 acres of land with track everywhere in 3 model gauges. Most trains can be ridden on and we rode lots of them. We had a great time. Here are some pictures of our outing. Note in some of the pictures, I was facing forward and took the pictures holding the camera over my head facing backwards, slanted slightly downward. I was lucky to get any pictures worth viewing.
This was our first train ride. Dave was behind me. Then Garth is peeking his head over the guys shoulder in front of him. Hannah is out of sight behind Garth.
See Garth back there.
And there's Hannah.
We're just exiting a tunnel.
A small engine on a siding waiting to pull a train.
Lots of nice trestles were all over the layout.
Here's one of many storage facilities for the club members' trains.
Here's a beautiful small steam train engine.
Here comes a nice model diesel powered engine & train.
Here's 2 smaller gauge trains. The one on the right is live steam powered.
Here I am on the live steam powered engine & train heading for a trestle.
