Montreal

We finally arrived in Montreal, the city of destiny for our vacation.

This page is a little long and may load slower than others because it includes 34 pictures. But they are worth the wait. Enjoy!

The Trans Canada Highway was like this for hundreds of miles.

Ottawa. It was Canada Day so we were advised to not stop and get mixed up in traffic.

Countryside between Ottawa and Montreal. Dairy barns, Family farms.

Montreal as viewed from our hotel in the "Centreville" (downtown).

Nearby was a huge train depot lined with this large food court. Here we see one of the many French influenced eateries.

The famous dome edifice from the world's fair?
