Miscellaneous Summer 2003

Here are some pictures from various occasions during the Summer of 2003

On September 12th, Theresa's Aunt Jean joined us for lunch in Plymouth.

We spent a lovely afternoon visiting with Theresa's nursing school roommate (Don & LaVonne Eckstrom) over lunch.

Out walking one day, we came upon a dozen or so opportunities for botanical shots of woodland flowers and berries. This is one. 

Same walk, this time a pastoral overview... pretty, huh! 

Roger is out every day jogging... this time at Gleason Lake, on the Luce Line near home. 

Brother Jim, interacting with domesticated elk on a neighboring  farm. They came right up to say hello. This was in July; they say to never take this type of chance in the fall when they get pretty testy.  

Our newest toy: a Roomba automatic vacuum cleaner. Should we call it " R2D2?"  

Old classmate Catherine C. came for an overnight stay on her way to our home town for a family reunion. We had a great time after over 40 years. Pictured in this and the following are her new husband, then Pricilla, also a classmate, Roger, and Theresa, all enjoying dinner out.
