Theresa in Hospital Again - January 3 to January 11

Eight days after the most recent infusion of chemo, Theresa had to go into the hospital because of extremely low 'blood counts' and hydration caused by a leaking gastrostonomy tube and the chemo. She was there for 8 days, from Wednesday to the following Thursday.

She walked all the way to a visitor's lobby at the end of the hall and is talking to our son, Dave. (Wednesday)

She returns to her room for the last time. Later Thursday, she was released and we moved to the Walker Methodist Rehab Center so that she could gain strength before coming home. (Thursday)
