Easter
We were fortunate to be able to celebrate 2 Easter family gatherings this year. On Saturday, Jessica (daughter of Tom, Roger's brother) & Jeff, invited us to their new home in Edina. Then, Sunday our kids came over for a brunch prepared by Grandma Theresa.
Great Aunt Theresa holding nephew Paul & Michelle's 8 month old daughter, with big sister looking on.
In the lovely updated back yard, Paul throwing boche balls, with (L. to r.) Roger, Dan, Dawn, Tom's son John, Jessica's husband Jeff, and Tom's son Paul.
Indoors, Grandpa Tom and cousin Dan watch as Kristina makes Easter eggs.
In the yard again our grand daughter Hannah and Kristina hunt for eggs.
Roger, Tom. Jessica, and Jeff prepare to sing Happy Birthday to Tom. It is a beautiful home and the photos do not do it justice.
Others in the kitchen as cake is served.
Most of us pictures in the yard enjoying cake after the fine ham dinner.
Then of course daughter and brother have to admire the Harley!
Here, our son Dave and his daughter Hannah, also our son Dan, and Roger, discuss the fun of being a Harley guy.
For some reason on the next day at our house, we did not take many pictures. However son-in-law Cam got a new, beautiful red Audi, and here we see Dan, Dave, and Cam looking over whatever they put inside those hoods. Just later they had the ceremonial tire kicking ceremony, plus a test drive.
Both days were beautiful spring weather with greening of lawns and trees well underway ... even a bit ahead of schedule. And it is always good to have family together.
