Pop & Marlys Anniversary
Roger's dad & stepmother celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary with a party for their families. It was a lovely celebration held in banquet hall in Blue Earth where they live. They wanted a small party with just immediate family. So all pictures are members of their immediate family.
Brother "Mike" (Ed) Meyer, came from California with his whole family, including his grandson Holden, pictured here; step sister-in-law Karla Brenckman (in red); Brother Jim, our daughter-in-law Dawn, our son Dan.
David (our youngest), "Pop" with his back to camera; glimpse of Karla; my sister, Margaret in red; brother Jim in back; cousin Sherry; nephew Michael Meyer.

The Cake!
Pop & Marlys all lovey dovey
Discussing something? or getting ready to kiss? We keep telling Pop that few men are lucky to have had two great ladies for over 30 years each!
The offspring of Pop & Marlys: (back) Kim, Bruce, Joel Brenckman; Jim, Mike, Roger, Tom Meyer; then in front, all Meyer's: Pat, "Marg", (now usually called "Maggie"); Pop, Marlys, Gary, Joe.
The grandchildren & great grandchildren of Pop & Marlys. Many were there; we were missing 13. I think they have a total of 45 grandkids and great-grandkids...not including in-laws. Our kids: back row: far left: David (in tie); then Dan center back, in tie; and Kathy in black, near right with hand on daughter in green. Three of our grandkids were there: all near Kathy: Kyla in green; her brother in black & white next to her; and David's daughter Hannah next to Connor. Hannah's brother, Garth, was at Boy Scout Camp.
Pop talking with his "boys" in the foreground: Roger, Gary, Mike, Tom, Pat. Then, in background: , Marlys with our son Dan, his wife Dawn, Kim Brenckman, Joel Brenckman; Gary's wife Carrie (who with Margaret mostly planned this event) and two of the Brenckman wives, Mariann and RaeAnn.
Long lost, much loved cousin Michael, our daughter Kathy, her husband Cam, & cousin Amy.
Brad Leland, husband of our niece Beth; Lee Ann and brother Pat; Roger
Youngest brother "Joe"; with his wife Muriel. Joe is only two years older than our son, Dan.
At Joe and Muriel's: nephew Chris, his wife Lara, his dad (Roger's bro) Mike holding grandson, Holden; Tom, and Pop. Roger's head. In the back ground near the fireplace: Mike's wife Mary with our Dawn.
